We do all of our planning online. You'll receive access to our online portal to plan your event.
Connect with us
We'll schedule a time to talk or meet virtually to see if we're a good fit for your event.
Final Planning Meeting
We meet virtually 4-6 weeks prior to your event to finalize the details.
Contract & Date Retainer
We'll send you our contract to review and will ask for a 20% date retainer fee.
Party Time
We arrive 2 hours before our start time for setup. All media sent to you after the event.
